1. Who we are
KRaaS (Key Replacement as a Service), the website kraas.io and the brand ordering portals powered by KRaaS are operated by:

Below we refer to this company as "Slotenonline", "we" or "us".
2. Scope
These terms apply to the use of kraas.io and of every ordering portal powered by KRaaS, and to every order placed through such a portal. By placing an order you accept these terms.
An ordering portal may carry the name and styling of a partner brand. The seller for every order is Slotenonline; the brand owner is not a party to the sales contract.
3. Ordering and contract
You order a replacement key by entering the key or security-card number of your product, providing your contact and delivery details, and completing payment. Please double-check the number you enter: it determines exactly which key we produce.
The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation email with your order reference and a link to a personal tracking page.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are shown before you pay.
Payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie. We start production only after your payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no contract is concluded.
5. Custom-made keys and right of withdrawal
Every replacement key is cut individually to the number you provide. It is therefore a product made to your specifications within the meaning of Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such custom-made products.
This does not affect your legal warranty rights described below. If you made a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@kraas.io. If production has not started yet, we will help you correct or cancel the order.
6. Delivery
We ship to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times shown are estimates, not binding deadlines. You receive a tracking link once your order ships. If a shipment is lost or clearly delayed, contact us: we will investigate with the carrier and, where needed, send a replacement.
7. Legal warranty
The legal conformity warranty applies to every order. If the key you receive does not work in the lock matching the number you ordered, or shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge. Report the problem to hello@kraas.io and mention your order reference.
8. Your responsibility
By ordering you confirm that you are entitled to request a key for the key or card number you submit, as the owner of the product or with the owner's permission. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or misuse. If you already paid for an order that we cancel, we refund the full amount.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website and platform belongs to Slotenonline or its licensors. Brand names and logos shown on branded ordering portals belong to their respective owners and are used with their permission.
11. Applicable law and disputes
Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
If you have a complaint, contact us first at hello@kraas.io; we aim to respond within a few working days. Consumers in Belgium can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are brought before the competent court.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
